Whats the best job title?

What is the best job title for someone who is doing account servicing for a graphic design company and has a solid design background (was an experienced designer)? Creative Account Executive? Creative Executive? I want a job title that shows her competence in account servicing and her creative knowledge and background as well. Suggestions? I reckon its has to be______________________ Executive.
A Senior Graphic Designer title is not appropiate for someone who travels all the time to meet client. Designers dont do that. Executive is a requirement as per the company.

Experienced yet Creative Accountant Executive
